General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sales of DXN products made through our online store, accessible from Peru.

2. Products
The products offered are those presented on the website, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.

3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Peruvian soles (PEN) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

4. Ordering
• The customer confirms their order by following the online process.
• Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these GTC.
• The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment problem or suspected fraud.

5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods offered on the website. The order is shipped only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery
• Delivery is available throughout Peru. • Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process and may vary depending on the destination.
• The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Peruvian law, the customer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for perishable or personalized products.

8. Returns and Refunds
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

9. Warranties
Our products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with Peruvian law.

10. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products. Liability is limited to the order amount.

11. Data Protection
The personal data collected is used solely for order processing and is never shared without consent.

12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Lima will have exclusive jurisdiction.
